You know the feeling when you finally listen to that song you were supposed to listen to and you discover that it's your new favorite song? I don't know whether I enjoy that feeling or not. I'm glad that this bit of enlightenment came into my life, but I also feel so stupid for not listening to it sooner. Hah, especially when it's such an old song such as "God of Wine" by Third Eye Blind. Beautiful song, by the way. You must listen to it now if you haven't yet. This song, besides the usual emotional connection, will hold some sentimental value because, for the first time in at least a month (which is a long time compared to how much I used to), I analyzed a song until I was completely satisfied, without checking on other sources. After I felt satisfied, I checked the comments to see if I agreed with what was there, and whoo hoo. Lengthy comments. Yay. I think I should someday write an explanation of "Konstantine" by Something Corporate, line by line. I've listened to that song so many times, read up on it, etc., etc. If I were to write an explanation, it would be so long. The history, the references. The ultimate guide to Konstantine, haha hopefully - of course, not close enough to what Andrew of SoCo would say in explanation. Someday I'll do it, though I don't know when. This weekend means church and homework, specifically a project. I've got four days. Let's see what I do with it.
