Mirror Mirror
by ClicheBeauti on January 08, 2005Just a poem I wrote:
Mirror mirror,
Watch me fade.
Pretty soon,
I'll be decayed.
I want the wind,
To sweep me away.
Out of my misery,
And my own betray.
I will not stop,
I like this pain.
Show me my frame,
And I won't complain.
All that I ask,
Is to be my friend.
Stay on my side,
Until the very end.
Make me perfect,
Shrink me thin.
Don't let me return,
To my original skin.
Wrap me up tight,
Consume me whole.
Always be close by,
And please don't let go.
You're my guide,
To what others see.
Don't play around,
And be fooling with me.
Make me a mask,
To hide the pain.
A bone-tight face,
I know that's within.
Now at night,
I'll sleep plesently.
Knowing now,
You're deep down me.
