god i miss my band... I want smile back. but we need a bassist. and i don't know if we can even pull back the creativity we once had. it seems so minute anymore. music in general bores me. what will show me the light of emotions and contexual expirience that songs like CTO and Lies holds for me??? It just seems like the band will bore me with the same X/4 measures and dull "riff 1 x4, riff 2 x8" style of music. I WANT MORE. I want compex growth of all the insturments. Including me. But they seem like they wouldn't be able to do it. They wouldn't have the drive. I long for it... this world i'm stuck in... closing in...
