Today I found out that after 200,000 cigarette's your health is at risk. Hearing this I realised what i'm putting my body through, and for what? The pleasure of having a cancer stick between my already nicotine addicted lips? I pondered on giving up for a bit, I even quit for a while, well, I don't think 5 minutes can qualify as 'a while'.
