Misery

  • (A little song/poem I wrote)

The pain sings to me in a tune of moral disgrace and an empathetic sense of salvation. The tree of life and death bears the fruit of my existence. One that is in a state of twisted agony. I am in an altered state of mind. Hell-bent on believing the false sense of reality I've created for myself. Redemption for my past sins is a lost cause. I'm damned and I’m living out my punishment in hell. If there is a God, he's abandoned me. I’m falling deeper and deeper into the arms of sorrow. Yet, you don’t seem to care. Guess it really is all about you. Insanity beckons me and I can’t deny its call any longer. But just know that you’re coming with me, cause after all misery loves company.

  • That was amazing. I know the feeling just never been able to express it properly and what you have written is exactly what I've been wanting to hear myself say. That is truly amazing, you have a talent.
