ok so there was one time where Ronnie and i were on the same volleyball team. he said i was "like a pro". my over-hand serve was getting better indeed. the trick is actually to hit the right spot, have your fingers together and be sure your palm is stretching out. kinda like the way u'd slap some on the face... more force with the fingers together. all my over-hand serves got in and most of the times the other team can't hit back at our side. hate to admit it but guys are truly better than girls at volleyball. Ronnie's over-hand serve is quite radd, and weird. he serves facing sideways but hitting the ball forward and he stands at the very corner of the court. kinda odd but it actually works. its pretty hard to catch the ball when he serves it. im glad he's on my team coz we actually won practically every game except one which was like a tie.
