• God was so real to me last night while I drove back to my house and I thoughtout the night. I felt like He wanted me to write a book about all the things that I needed to do wtih my life. The Gospel is an urgent message that people need to talk about. So many kids are brought up in the church today but never get past that. They never are put in a position to make a choice to follow Christ. But college is such a suddeen thing. It comes and you are constantly pressued. Im nto talking about alochool or sex. Im talking about philosphy classes and Old testemetn classes that tell you genises was based off the epic of gilgamesh or biology professors who proclaim evolution as fact rather than a theroy. It seems that is where people's doubts are awakened. We as college students are seperate from our parents. I believe here in the south church was once a part of a majority of our younger years life, but it wasn't always a distinct choice. People want to talk about God and their expreience in church, but for whatever reason I think people are scared. Im just going to have to be gentle so people will trust me to talk about their struggles,specifially people who are not practicing or even Christians, but all those kids who were rasied in the church, yet go to school and party or dont find a niche in the chrisitan communities at univeristies or are decieved and naievely belive the atheistic philosphy of the univeristy.
