You know that feeling where you really feel like writing a song but you just CANNOT?? Nothing comes out. The lyrics trip out of my pen cliche and trite, and they never can express exactly what I'm feeling. And then the tune I come up with..it's old and flat. My fingers stumble over the frets nervously, sounding like a dumb nickelback song that got flushed down the toilet and salvaged from the sewage.
Sigh. Be glad if you don't know that feeling.
I really need some inspiration.
