• Cut 3 minutes off of my 2 mile run today compared to Monday (: My knee is killing me, but I know it is worth it. Master Lt. Langdon told me that we are doing a longer run on Friday, I'm preparing myself. My mom is bringing Sarah and Noah down either today, tomorrow or Friday. I am pretty excited.
