• Over the past few weeks I've been really, really tired practically all the time. I don't think that it's from loss of sleep because most nights I do sleep about 8 hours and depression I don't really want to think about. So I researched a bit and discovered I may be lacking iron, water and exercise. Now heres my plan: Water - drink more of it. Iron - eat more red meat, pasta, cereal and other iron containing foods Exercise - Yoga It sounds pretty pathetic just now but I'll work at it. -:P WannabePunkEmoKid PS - A somewhat late Happy New Year to everybody =D.
