Thank you Gloria for teaching me how wrong i was about euthanasia. You fought for your life even when we both knew you wouldnt make it. You forced yourself to eat even when we both knew your kidneys were failing. You fought bravely and with dignity, real dignity. There is no shame in dying fighting a disease, even if the disease make us lose all of our capabilities. The real shame is to give up, to confuse respect and dignity with feeling ashamed or embarrased by the need of being help by others. I'm sorry i couldn't help you Gloria, i couldn't feel your pain but i certainly felt your will to live. Thank you Gloria.
