• [eight] current song: (the one in my head): Lesser Things - Barcelona current mood: excited. Tonight I'm going out with my best friend for her birthday. Just gonna go hit our favorite improv comedy show in all of Seattle. They're incredible. Yay! Barcelona is probably my all-time favorite band. I've known them for almost 3 years now, and they are the coolest guys. I've been to every show they've had here this summer, so far. Seriously, check them out at www.wearebarcelona.com 10 Reasons I LOVE Barcelona: 1. I've seen them when they hadn't even picked a band name and were still playing those small, but packed, shows in coffee shops. They've come so far in such a small amount of time - it's amazing! 2. They are the nicest guys you will ever meet. 3. Their music doesn't get old. You can listen to it over and over again. 4. They make sure the shows at home in Seattle are the best. (I'm sure their shows around the US are fanastic too, I've just never been) 5. They are all very attractive. 6. Brian Fennell's voice sends me to heaven every time I hear it 7. Their faces light up like the 4th of July when they hear how loud the crowd is singing with them. 8. They pick amazing opening bands for their shows - ones that I instantly fall in love with that night 9. They give amazing post-show hugs! 10. Their songs are just so beautiful, they give me shivers. 10.5. When they're playing those shiver-worthy songs, they get so into it, I can't help but just keep staring at them the whole time. Today's going to be a good day.
