• Where to begin... Conor Oberst (you may know him from Bright Eyes, or maybe Desaparecidos... or his previous bands if you're a true fan) is the greatest, and, I mean, THE GREATEST songwriter of history. I cannot BEGIN to describe the perfection of everything he's written, everything he's sung, and everything he's composed. His voice is stunning, his emotions so clearly and perfectly expressed, his opinions so intelligent and his demeanor so incredibly honest and true that it makes me ill with unconditional admiration. There are no words strong enough to describe everything that Conor Oberst has made me feel, no way to summarize everything he's done for me. He's given me hope in the hardest of times, made me happiest when nothing else could, helped me get through the saddest times, and saved my life countless times... I am happy to have found the reason to wake up in the morning, and am eternally grateful for everything he's ever done. In my eyes, he is the greatest person who ever lived, he is astonishing beyond my furthest comprehension, and I have no shame in saying that I love him, would die for him, and will ALWAYS appreciate everything he's done. You could call me crazy and obsessed if you want to, but I have no shame in anything I've said or felt in regards to such an amazing man. I LOVE CONOR OBERST.
