• I can definately feel it coming again it comes and goes... but it had been gone for a while really i hate getting depressed. it runs in my family though, and its not something that i can really avoid. taking pills helps, but i dont like to i usually just try to fake happy when it occures.. but its difficult and i have no energy and dont want to put effort into anything. even at times when i know i should be thrilled about something i get a sinking feeling in my stomach and just want to hide away from the world.
