• i guess since this is a music site i wil do a journal about my musical life. lol. so i am in the boombax generation, a promoting street team for the band motion City Soundtrack. i am also in a goof-off band called Thin Marjoies and am the the lead singer. we are a rock band, and do have emo and indie references but we do it in such a dramatic way that we can hardly be taken seriously. extremeists i guess. lol. so we are also REALLY experimental. we've even came up with a genre to describe ourselves. lol. we call it smosh music. ( like a mosh pit of music) our next venture right now is mixing spanish music with hip-hop and emo. my friend thomas ( the drummer of another local band called tweed) thinks its gonna be brilliant. possibly the most ( as tara my moog player would say) "bitchin" thing we've done all year. lol. we do suck. we are a pretty crappy band with no insight. we are just music lovers who cant sing or play instuments but love it so much we've started a band. most of us are hardcore concert fans. I'm hoping to take the whole of us to Warped Tour this summer. ( hopefully we wont get thrown out) ( remember the cascade hannah?) lol. good times! ;D another thing. besides my experimental music group and boombox generation. i am also thinking about starting a public alternative media theater troup. called " a ban of coorperate"
