Ever since I can remember I have been listening to Blink-182. All of my older siblings listened to them, therefore, I did too. But as soon as I got old enough to actually appreciate music more, I started downloading more and more of their songs. I became slightly obsessed. My favourite member of the band was always Thomas. The reason, he was the best musician of them all and of course the best looking. But when they broke up I was lost. I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do next. But then Tom started Angels and Airwaves. At first I told myself I didnt like them when I heard the song "The Adventure" I liked the song and all, but the music video convinced me that I hated it. Because it just didnt seem like Tom. But then I watched interviews with him and more footage and I realized hes still the exact same person. Just more mature and with greater ambitions. So I decided to download all of Angels and Airwaves songs. I couldn't get enough of them. It was beyond amazing. And then I bought their cd. Now I listen to them nonstop all the time. Its more than music to me, its like even if everything was going wrong in my life, as long as I had angels and airwaves to listen to nothing would matter. When I listen I feel like I can do absolutely anything. No matter how impossible it might be. I feel absolutely every emotion running through me. I feel like crying, laughing, and screaming the lyrics as loud as I can for as long as I can. But I live in a tiny town in B.C. and I know that Angels and Airwaves will never come here. But my one and greatest dream is to meet Tom. And everybody is always saying: "Oh you just want to meet him because hes georgous" But thats not it. Its his music. If I could see him live, and listen to him talk forever and ever. And talk to him, and everything I would be happier than I will ever be. Hes amazing in every which way possible. I love him and I hope he will someday read this.
