• xpankfrisst im think you were right i think alot of his songs are about Rose Coma white and Coma black seem to go together; Coma white: "There's something cold and blank behind her smile She's standing on an overpass In her miracle mile" in this section i think they were haveing problems and rose was trying to hide her displeasure behind a happy face the "overpass" was a desideing point for her and the "miracle mile" was just his way of saying her life was going ok at least in that mile of her life "You were from a perfect world A world that threw me away today Today to run away" here its like hes saying she is perfect and that he is not and he finally realized that and he didn't think that they would last Coma Black: "My mouth was a crib and it was growing lies I didn't know what love was on that day my heart's a tiny bloodclot I picked at it it never heals it never goes away"
