Miike Snow is an indie electro-pop trio comprised of writer/producers Chris Karlsson, Pontus Winnberg, and Andrew Wyatt. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Karlsson and Winnberg are best known by the production duo Bloodshy & Avant. Based in New York City, Wyatt is a writer/producer who formerly collaborated in the groups Black Beetle and A.M. and is also an in-house producer for Downtown Records, and a member of the band Fires of Rome. Founded in 2007, Wyatt brought the talents of the three together and released the first commercial single "Animal" in 2009 on Downtown Records label. Later that year they would release their first full length album and their sophmore album Happy to You released 2012.
