... <p><span>Formed when </span>Tarek Maghary<span> organized an appearance by Ross at the Keep It True Festival in Germany (where he is a promoter) alongside members of a </span>Manowar<span> tribute band called Men of War. They later changed their name to Ross the Boss (or "The RTB Band") and began working on original material.</span><br /><br /><span>After the release of the second studio album, the band eventually came to a halt. Ross began performing again with a local NYC line-up in 2015, who were replaced by more experienced American musicians in 2016 for international touring.</span></p>
