Pistol cu Capse, in translation Staple Gun, is a Romanian punk rock band formed in 2003 in Bucharest. Although no contract with a record label and unmanaged by anyone, band enjoyed some notoriety Romanian in underground scene. Year 2008 marked the release of the first LP of the band, self entitled after the name of the band "Pistol cu Capse", disc containing 15 tracks.
In 2010, the CCP launched the second album: Unplugged. The disc contains both existing tracks on the album "staple gun" and new songs. All songs are rewritten special acoustic version with a completely new sound compared to previous records. On this album they collaborated Lucian Filip (Vântu) who took over the drums, George SIIA (Bazooka) who created the keyboards, Bogdan (from the band Chester) singing along with Vlad on some tracks. Since inception, the band has supported over 150 concerts both at home and abroad (Austria, Sampling Bucharest 2007), having the opportunity to sing on stage with big names of the genre such as NOFX, No Use for a Name, Strike Anywhere, 3 Feet Smaller, Marky Ramone (of The Ramones), Jaya the Cat, the plebeians and others.
