We Were Evergreen are a Parisian alternative indie-electro-pop trio formed in 2008. Their shape-shifting pop songs blend folk melodies, electro beats and exotic rhythms. The last single, “Baby Blue”, was released on 4 June 2012.
Artists they have recently supported include Slow Club, Michael Kiwanuka, Baxter Dury, The Dø, King Charles, Selah Sue, Ed Sheeran (Q Awards), Emeli Sandé and Little Dragon at The Great Escape Festival. They will be playing at Lovebox Festival, Shambala Festival and Secret Garden Party among other festivals this summer, as well as a headline gig at Bush Hall on 29 May with support from Seye and Modeste.
