Mideau is Libbie Linton and Spencer Harrison. Their debut album has an anticipated national release of Early 2014.
The two met in 2009, Spencer in the Provo-based band Fictionist and Libby working on her own album ‘Birds in the Bleak’. In a stroke of random fate, Spencer lent Libbie a capable hand in a live-show cover of one of her favorite tunes, ‘Tonight You Belong To Me’. They totally clicked, and both desired a musical career that was more substantial, challenging, and ambitious. At some point, Spencer lived on the opposite side of the country, but they maintained a musical connection, writing songs together long-distance (both Spencer and Libbie are married, but not to one another). They’ve weathered changes and challenges, and stayed the course to bring the world their debut, self-titled album, produced by Nate Pyfer.
