To Kill A King is a British folk rock band currently based in London. The band has been compared to others such asThe National, Grizzly Bear, Mumford & Sons and Frightened Rabbit.

They have been the support act recently for Dog Is Dead and Bastille tour dates. The band are good friends with Bastille and the lead singers of the two bands, Dan Smith and Ralph Pelleymounter, have shared a house in the past.
