Gandalf (FI)

Not to be confused with the new age composer of the same name, Gandalf is a death-metal band from Finland whose more traditional metal sound links them with Sweden's Entombed and Finland's own Sentenced, among others, rather than the more experimental Scandinavian bands such as Emperor. The band's first international album, Deadly Fairytales, was released in 1999. Rock Hell followed two years later.
