Kill The Intellectuals is the pseudonym of a teenage singer/songwriter from Houston, TX. Spanning from indie folk to punk rock to psycological shoegaze, the range of Kill the Intellectuals continues to increase with every album and EP. Her first album, Delayed Flights and Happy Accidents, utilizes nothing more than a guitar, a piano, and audio manipulation to create both the beautifully touching and haunting refrains charicteristic of KTE, and the harshly vibrant inflection of words in "Point Precision". Kill the Intellectuals has released 21 individual albums & EPs, the most recent being Songs About Hating My Brain, released on August 1st, 2015.
