(Sandy) Alex G is an experimental lo-fi / indie rock artist from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by the name of Alex Giannascoli. Alex G started out as a "bedroom" artist on Bandcamp until 2015, when he became signed with Domino Recording Company. He has released 7 singles/EPs (Sandy, 2011; Easy, 2011; Good, 2011; Lucy, 2013; Paint, 2013; Joy, 2013; Alex G / R.L. Kelly Split 7", 2013) and 7 albums (Race, 2010; Winner, 2011; Rules, 2012, 2013 & 2015; Trick, 2012 & 2015; DSU, 2014; Beach Music, 2015; Rocket, 2017) so far.
