I like the idea that it could be about suicide but I think it's actually about being high on drugs. The song starts: "Somebody remind me where I am" "Cause I'm looking up at the ceiling, but it's turning into the floor" and all the rest of the lyrics also fit. "In and out of the blue this cruise is losing altitude, all we need is a little more elevation" would indicate drugs rather than suicide, which would be a trip straight up. Also the way it's set in an almost too perfect idyllic field may allude to Strawberry Fields, another song about being high.
