The song alludes to "The Reality" of hell.
It is a song to fellow Christians, "We were created to set an example.
So what is this, what is this?". Christianity teaches that we are the body of Christ and Christians should be the example to the world as to how they should live. But "The Reality" is that we are not the perfect example that we should be.
The chorus is:

Meaning that everybody, including Christians, have sold their innocence for so cheap, and we may never know just how good our lives could have been if we lived the life that God wants us to live.
Matty is an avid Christian and when he writes,

I believe that he is quite literally saying follow me on the path to Christ otherwise I don't want you in my Reality.
