Uh-huh
Ooh, yeah
Mmm, ah
(It's the Rascals)

I looked in my rearview mirror and
It seemed to make a lot more sense
Than what I see ahead of us, ahead of us, yeah
Uh, I'm ready to make that turn
Before we both crash and burn
'Cause that could be the death of us, the death of us

Baby, you know how to drive in rain
And you decided not to make a change
Stuck in the same old lane
Going the wrong way home

I feel like my heart is stuck in bumper to bumper traffic
I'm under pressure 'cause I can't have you the way that I want
Let's just go back to the way it was
When we were on Honeymoon Avenue
Honeymoon Avenue, baby
Coastin' like crazy
Can we get back to the way it was?

Hey, What happened to the butterflies?
Guess they encountered that stop sign
And my heart is at a yellow light, a yellow light
Hey, right when I think that we've found it (found it)
Well, that's when we start turnin' around (tunrin' around)
You're saying, "Baby, don't worry"
But we're still going the wrong way

Baby, you know how to drive in rain
And you decided not to make a change
Stuck in the same old lane
Going the wrong way home

I feel like my heart is stuck in bumper to bumper traffic
I'm under pressure 'cause I can't have you the way that I want
Let's just go back to the way it was
When we were on Honeymoon Avenue
Honeymoon Avenue, baby
Coastin' like crazy
Can we get back to the way it was?

They say only fools fall in love
Well, they must've been talking about us
And sometimes I feel like we've been here before
I could be wrong, but I know I'm right
We're gon' be lost if we continue to fight
Honey, I know, yeah
We can find our way home

I feel like my heart is stuck in bumper to bumper traffic
I'm under pressure 'cause I can't have you the way that I want
Let's just go back to the way it was
When we were on Honeymoon Avenue
Honeymoon Avenue, my baby
Coastin' like crazy
Can we get back to the way it was?
When we were on Honeymoon Avenue
Honeymoon Avenue, baby
Coastin' like crazy
Can we get back to the way it was?

Baby, you know how to drive in rain
And you decided not to make a change
Stuck in the same old lane
Going the wrong way home
I feel like my heart is stuck in
Traffic, I'm under
Pressure, pressure
Let's just go back to the way it was
When we were on
Honeymoon Avenue, Honeymoon Avenue
Honeymoon Avenue, Honeymoon Avenue
Avenue
Let's just go back, b-b-b-back, back, back

    My Interpretation

I had a boyfriend for 7 months. We had fallen for each other really quickly... In the beginning of the relationship we thought we were invincible because we were so in love, and so attached to the relationship.

"You know how to drive in rain You decide and that's okay Stuck in the same old lane Going the wrong way home" ..eventually we began to argue over little things and the spark was beginning to drift away, but he didn't think anything of it, but our relationship began heading to that wrong direction. Because of his ex girlfriend, he was used to the fighting and didn't think the "rain" or my sadness was too serious so he flew right by it.

"I feel like my heart is stuck In bumper to bumper Traffic, I'm going to crash 'Cause I can't have you the way that I want Let's just go back to the way it was" ..I felt like I was trapped in the relationship because I wanted to go back to how we were in the beginning: in love.

"When we were on Honeymoon Avenue Honeymoon Avenue Baby, Constantly crazy Can we get back to the way it was" ..to me a "honeymoon" is sort of the beginning of something. A celebration where you can't have enough of each other, and just a bunch of emotions.

"Hey, what happened to the butterflies Guess they were moving kinda fast, that time" Our relationship started off pretty fast, where we just wanted to I straight to being in love and now those feelings we had are drifting away.

"And my heart is at a yellow light, a yellow light Hey, can we go back to where we found it But that's if we can turn it around You're saying baby don't worry But we're still going the wrong way baby" ..he didn't think much of it, or take it too seriously to a point where that empty feeling we both had wasn't going away.

"Think I'm in love But we continue to fight Honey I know We can find our way home" ..I was "in love" with him and didn't want to break up and wanted to keep the relationship going and wanted to try and go back to all that love we had before.

Love this song and ariana grande!

Both as a standalone and as part of the DSOTS album, you can take this lyric as read. As a matter of public record, Jourgensen's drug intake was legendary even in the 1980s. By the late 90s, in his own words, he was grappling with massive addiction issues and had lost almost everything: friends, spouse, money and had nearly died more than once. "Dark Side of the Spoon" is a both funny & sad title for an album made by a musical genius who was losing the plot; and this song is a message to his fans & friends saying he knows it. It's painful to listen to so I'm glad the "Keith Richards of industrial metals" wised up and cleaned up. Well done sir.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.
