No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us

No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us

No one on the corner
Mr. West is in the building
Swagger on a hundred thousand, trillion (no one on the corner)
Ayo, I know I got it first
I'm Christopher Columbus, y'all just the pilgrims
Thanksgiving, do we even gotta question
Hermès, Pastelle, I pass the dressing
My attitude is tattooed
That mean it's permanent, so I guess we should address it, huh?
My swagger is Mick Jagger
Every time I breathe on the track, I asthma attack it
Why he so mad for? Why he gotta have it?
'Cause I slaved my whole life, now I'm the master
Na-na-na, how it feel to wake up and be the shit and the urine?
Na-na-na, tryin' to get that Kobe number, one over Jordan

No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us

(No one on the corner) got a bop like this
Can't wear skinny jeans 'cause my knots don't fit
No one on the corner got a pocket like this
So I rock Roc jeans 'cause my knots so thick
You can learn how to dress just by jackin' my fresh
Jackin', jackin' my fresh, jackin', jackin' my fresh
Follow my steps is the road to success
Where the niggas know you thorough and the girls say yes (yes)
But I can't teach you my swag
You can pay for school, but you can't buy class
School of hard knocks, I'm a grad
And that all-blue Yankee is my graduation cap, it's Hova
Dip in different Rovers, whippin' with the soda, Hova
Did you even have any doubt? After "Doubt," it was over

No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us

No one on the corner has swagger like moi
Church, but I'm too clean for the choir
I require, what I desire
I got stripes, Adidas
Mami scream, "¡Papí, no más!"
Run up in your shit, just me, no mask
Runnin' this shit like I got four thighs
No one has swagger like these four guys
And when it comes to styles, I got several
Sharper than a swagger dagger all metal
And my jewels, blue and yellow
The type of shit that make 'em call you Carmelo
Rules as follows, stay true to the ghetto
Write your name on the bullet, make you feel special
Ha, what the fuck you boys talking about?
I know its us 'cause we the only thing to talk about

No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us (and I'm gone)
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us (bye)
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us (yeah, haha)
No one on the corner have swagger like us (you think?)
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us (that's right, ayy)

You can go see Weezy for the wordplay, Jeezy for the bird-play
Kanyeezy for diversity and me for controversy
All my verses picture perfect, only spit to serve a purpose
You ain't livin' what you kickin', then you worthless
Lookin' from the surface, it may seem like I got reason to be nervous
Then observe my work and see that my adversity was worth it
Verses autobiographical, absolutely classical
Last thing I'm worried 'bout is what another rapper do
Ain't nobody hot as me, even if they rap they ass off
Blast off and have outstanding quality
Sell a lot of records, I respect it and salute that
But spittin' real life on hot beats, I'm the truth at
You kick it like me, no exaggeration necessary
Living revolutionary, nothing less than legendary
Gangsta shit hereditary, got it from my dad
Flow colder than February with extraordinary swag

No one on the corner have swagger like us (okay)
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us (yeah, that's right)
No one on the corner have swagger like us (okay)
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us (yeah, so you notice, huh?)
No one on the corner have swagger like us (haha, yeah)
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us (okay, tell 'em for me, shawty)
No one on the corner have swagger like us (yeah, that's right)
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us (yeah)

No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
No one on the corner have swagger like us
Swagger like us, swagger-swagger like us
Like us, like us, like us, like us, like us, like us

"No one on the corner has swagger like moi, "Church" but I'm too clean for the choir"

"Runnin this shit like I got four thighs no one has swagger like these four guys"

Ah, the part where Jay-Z sings "jocking my fresh jocking jocking my fresh jocking jocking my fresh", its suppose to be "checking my threads checking checking my threads checking checking my threads"

love it so much. like it's amazing. T.I. totally rips it. of course it would be a good song with a sample from paper planes but with kanye, jay-z, weezy and t.i. it's just amazing.

u know, 'checking my threads' would make a lot more sense, but I'm not too sure, Jay's new song is "Jockin' Jay-Z", so I figure it might be 'jocking my fresh'. I dunno, anyone know Jay-Z and wanna ask him? Haha.

U know, a lotta people been sayin how TI killed it, but truthfully, I don't c it. I thought Lil Wayne's verse was sick, maybe I just dun understand wha TI is really rappin bout. From his first couple of lines, I thought he would actually talk bout some controversial issue ("you go see Weezy for the wordplay, Jeezy for the birdplay, Kanyeezy for diversity and me for controversy,") but I felt he didn't say anythin controversial at all in his verse. I dunno, maybe someone can explain it to me.

cricket, T.I. is rapping about how other rappers just rap lyrics from their heads and not the experiences, like he has. He respects other rappers, but most haven't lived up to the rap game like he has with all the controversy he's been apart of. Real life experiences make a better impression then fake ones like other rappers in the game create to sell their buy. T.I. makes his shit up from life, unlike made songs by a producer and such. He has had controversy and in a way, the lyrics he spits are controversial to the song in a way.

But that's my opinion in it. All the rappers are tight and he's legit with their causes and reasons for rapping, but his ego is known as a controversial one. And I type way too much. lol

haha, dat's actually a good explanation. I heard dat TI is now writing down wha he is gonna rap now, instead of just memorizing lines and just spittin dem, dunno how true it is. Could be right, TI's rap here is much tighter dan I remember.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

No Surprises
Radiohead
Same ideas expressed in Fitter, Happier are expressed in this song. We're told to strive for some sort of ideal life, which includes getting a good job, being kind to everyone, finding a partner, getting married, having a couple kids, living in a quiet neighborhood in a nice big house, etc. But in Fitter, Happier the narrator(?) realizes that it's incredibly robotic to live this life. People are being used by those in power "like a pig in a cage on antibiotics"--being pacified with things like new phones and cool gadgets and houses while being sucked dry. On No Surprises, the narrator is realizing how this life is killing him slowly. In the video, his helmet is slowly filling up with water, drowning him. But he's so complacent with it. This is a good summary of the song. This boring, "perfect" life foisted upon us by some higher powers (not spiritual, but political, economic, etc. politicians and businessmen, perhaps) is not the way to live. But there is seemingly no way out but death. He'd rather die peacefully right now than live in this cage. While our lives are often shielded, we're in our own protective bubbles, or protective helmets like the one Thom wears, if we look a little harder we can see all the corruption, lies, manipulation, etc. that is going on in the world, often run by huge yet nearly invisible organizations, corporations, and 'leaders'. It's a very hopeless song because it reflects real life.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
