"Whatever You Like" as written by and Clifford J./siegel Harris....
Ay, Jim, you know the ol' sugar daddies?
They be trickin', they tell them girls
I said you could have whatever you like (if you like)
I said you could have whatever you like (if you like)
Yeah (yeah)

Stacks on deck (deck)
Patron on ice (ice)
And we can pop bottles all night
And, baby, you could have whatever you like (if you like)
I said you could have whatever you like (if you like), yeah (yeah)
Late night sex, so wet and so tight (tight)
I gas up the jet for you tonight
And, baby, you could go wherever you like (if you like)
I said you could go wherever you like (if you like), yeah (yeah)

Anytime you want to pick up the telephone, you
Know it ain't nothin' to drop a couple stacks on you
Want it, you could get it, my dear
Five million dollar home, drop Bentleys, I swear, yeah

I want yo' body (body)
Need yo' body (body)
Long as you got me
You won't need nobody
You want it, I got it, go get it, I'll buy it
Tell them other broke nigga be quiet

Stacks on deck (deck)
Patron on ice (ice)
And we can pop bottles all night
And, baby, you could have whatever you like (if you like)
I said you could have whatever you like (if you like), yeah (yeah)
Late night sex, so wet and so tight (tight)
I gas up the jet for you tonight
And, baby, you could go wherever you like (if you like)
I said you could go wherever you like (if you like), yeah (yeah)

Shawty, you the hottest, love the way you drop it
Brain so good (good) coulda swore you went to college
Hundred K deposits, vacations in the tropics
E'rybody know it ain't trickin' if you got it
You ain't never ever gotta go in yo' wallet
Long as I got rubber band banks in my pocket
Five, six rides with rims and a body kit
You ain't gotta downgrade, you can get what I get
My chick could have what she want
And go in any store for any bag she want
And, no, she ain't never had a man like that
To buy you anything your heart desire like that, yeah

I want yo' body (body)
Need yo' body (body)
Long as you got me
You won't need nobody
You want it, I got it, go get it, I'll buy it
Tell them other broke nigga be quiet

Stacks on deck (deck)
Patron on ice (ice)
And we can pop bottles all night
And, baby, you could have whatever you like (if you like)
I said you could have whatever you like (if you like), yeah (yeah)
Late night sex, so wet and so tight (tight)
I gas up the jet for you tonight
And, baby, you could go wherever you like (if you like)
I said you could go wherever you like (if you like), yeah (yeah)

I'm talkin' big boy rides
and big boy ice
Let me put this big boy in yo' life
Yo' thang get so wet
and hit so right
Let me put this big boy in yo' life, that's right

I want yo' body (body)
Need yo' body (body)
Long as you got me
You won't need nobody
You want it, I got it, go get it, I'll buy it
Tell them other broke nigga be quiet

Stacks on deck (deck)
Patron on ice (ice)
And we can pop bottles all night
And, baby, you could have whatever you like (if you like)
I said you could have whatever you like (if you like), yeah (yeah)
Late night sex, so wet and so tight (tight)
I gas up the jet for you tonight
And, baby, you could go wherever you like (if you like)
I said you could go wherever you like (if you like), yeah (yeah)

Ay Jim

Yeah yeah
Yeah yeah
Yeah yeah
Yeah yeah
Yeah yeah

General CommentI find this song somewhat tragic. Unlike many rap songs, this one does not objectify women, but still believes that money buys affection or some pathetic knock off of love.

General CommentWhen I listen to this song I think you can listen to it on two different levels. If you just look at the lyrics, he sounds happy as he flaunts his wealth to a girl he likes, but if you listen to the beat of the song it's really not happy at all. The beat has a bit of a spiraling effect, starting high and just drifting down. The beat makes his lyrics sound empty, like he really doesn't want this, like he wants love but he's so rich that he knows it's pretty much impossible to find because he really has nothing to look forward to in a relationship, he's already at the peak of everything. When you have so much money like T.I. you get so spoiled that the up's and down's of love don't happen, you just kind of fall into this dull monotony where everything is handed to you so there's no point in really trying to be kind to girls anymore since you have so much money that they'll keep coming back to you even if you're a total jackass.

I think that's really what Eminem went through too with Kim. They couldn't work through their problems because there were so many people willing to cling to them and give them anything they like because they have so much money. It's hard enough to work through the pressures of adultery without groupies left and right throwing themselves at you.

But then again, that's one interpretation. I guess you could just look at this song as "mocking sugar daddies." I see it more as a subtle confession of unhappiness. Brilliant song.

General CommentLove this song. He's obviously talking about his lady and showing her the good life of a rap star. New album should be fire. In a fucked up rap game nowadays, T.I. definetely shines above most.

General Commentsomeone didn't post the entire lyrics to this song...the intro to the song goes:

    "Hey Jim
You know the old suga daddy
They be tripin when they tell them girls "

So apparently Loveknxoxo is correct in saying the song is making fun of sugar daddys.

General Commentin regards to the "brain so good swore you went to college" comment (cheelseaa), it's a different type of brain he's talking about love ;-).
and it doesnt matter if he went to college or not; he's laughing all the way to the bank... or he's having someone do that for him because he's under house arrest
