"A Long Dream" as written by and John Tyler Ramsey....
i had a long...
i had a long...
i had a long dream
i had a long dream about swimming--
across the sea

where were you swimming to?
it was to the other shore
what were you swimming away from?
i can't stay with you no more.

i had a long...
i had a long...
i had a long dream
i had a long dream about swimming--
across the sea

    General CommentI think this song is a metaphor about struggling to get out of a relationship. Whether platonic or not, its just about needing to discover new places--those on the other shore. Of course it could just be about a dream. (;

    Its got beautiful instrumentation as usual, and is equally, if not more, amazing live.
