She's an underdog who lives next door to me
She's always heard "you won't amount to anything"
And it kills me to watch the agony beyond her eyes
Tragic the way people pass her by
But now I realize that

Everyone sees her but nobody knows her
She screams in her pillow for a better tomorrow
She hates it but she takes it
Watch out for that girl
One day she may change the world

She's original, never trying to fit in
She's got a way to always go against the grain
Oh, yeah
Someday they'll see how beautiful she really is
I know that last will be the first
The tables gonna turn 'cause

Everyone sees her but nobody knows her
She screams in her pillow for a better tomorrow
She hates it but she fakes it
Watch out for that girl
One day she may change the world

Maybe she'll be in a movie
Maybe she'll be in a song, yeah
Better pay her some attention
Before she's gone

She's an underdog, yeah
She means the world to me, yeah

Everyone sees her but nobody knows her
She screams in her pillow for a better tomorrow
She hates it but she makes it
Watch out for that girl
One day she may change the world

Everyone sees her but nobody knows her
She screams in her pillow for a better tomorrow
She hates it but she makes it
Watch out for that girl
One day she may change the world

This is totally my favorite song in the world. I can totally relate to it. Basically everyone sees the girl, maybe they even know her and stuff but they don't bother to befriend her or anything basically the reason nobody knows her. Or maybe they see the mask she uses but they don't see her real self so they don't know her. And she screams in her pillow and everything because she hates being seen but not known. She wants to basically no longer hide behind her mask but she's afraid to do so for fear of rejection or being shunned, maybe more than she already is. But maybe one day because of her trials and tribulations she'll change the world with her acting because she can relate to the character or emotion of the moment therefore she can truly show the emotion perfectly or she'll write songs that everyone can relate to. So basically one day she'll destroy her mask and change the world.

I always say this song is my theme song. it's about a girl who is always put down and not really noticed, but someday she will shine and make a difference in the world.

I posted a comment on thier myspace a couple years ago and it was about hoe boys don't like me at school and how I'm made fun of by other people so I'm starting to think that they saw it and decided to sing this song at their concert. lol

OK this probably sounds kinda sad.

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.
