"Do Do's and Whoa-oh's" as written by Sean Thomas, Darren Cordeux, Joel Vanderuit and Karl Ammitzboll....
This is a toast to all the people listening.
I hope it gets stuck in your head
So tap your feet and click click click you fingers
Lets make the rest of the world care

I want a song that gets attention
This is the way it goes
So hip you'll play it on your station
(Do-do's and whoa-oh's)

So hit the lights and turn the record up now
I hope you hear this in your sleep
Spin off the typical "I'll miss you baby"
Who would've thought we were so deep.

I want a song that gets attention
This is the way it goes
So hip you'll play it on your station
(Do-do's and whoa-oh's)
We'll grab a drink and kill our braincells
Then sing out the words we know
We're bringing back the lovers music
(Do-do's and whoa-oh's)

I want a song that gets attention
This is the way it goes
So hip you'll play it on your station
(Do-do's and whoa-oh's)
We'll grab a drink and kill our braincells
Then sing out the words we know
We're bringing back the lovers music
(Do-do's and whoa-oh's)

General CommentI love this song, and kisschasy in general...and even though MTV has seemingly picked up this song (on the occasions when I flick through the channels, this always seems to be on o_O) I can't find it anywhere, which sucks.

As for the meaning...this basically, comes across to me as just, well, a song making fun of other songs. All the stereotypical junk they have in them. Yeah. And how a song will get airplay basically only having a song that goes do-do and whoa-oh

    ...lol =)

General CommentAm I the only person who thinks of AFI when they hear this song? Not because of the music or anything like that, but the whoa-ohs just remind me of nearly every single afi song. Yeah, I'm weird. Shut up.

General Commenti didnt pick afi....when i first heard it i thought that jebadiah had released a new song...i think its just the singers voice is the almost typical aussie punkj sound that you hear in a few bands.
awesome song though. just a fun song to say "hi! we're here!"

General CommentTop song. And they would almsot have a good point about musicians making easily disposable top selling music if they didn't use "wa-oh" liberally in the later tracks on the album.
