Allongés dans l'herbe
D'un parc de la ville
On oublie les passants
On oublie les autos
Les cheveux dans le vent
Les cheveux dans les yeux
Et le temps qui s'enfuit
En nous laissant dans l'herbe

Au soleil dans un parc
Je ne peux pas penser
Une seule minute à te quitter
Je veux rester enlacée
Il y a des chiens qui passent
Des vieillards des autos
Mais on ne les voit pas

Tendres caressees
De nos cheveux
Jusqu'à nos fesses

On est de la même taille
Ta bouche sur ma bouche
Tes pieds sur mes pieds
Nos deux sexes se touchent

Ce qu'on voudrait c'est rester
Allongés tout serrés
Que les passants cessent de passer
Pour qu'on puisse se déshabiler

Tendres caressees
De nos cheveux
Jusqu'à nos fesses

The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,
