This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.
Pain, it takes so much pain
To help you feel, if you can't feel
At all
Pain, it takes so much pain
To help you feel, if you can't feel
At all
And if you think you need more pain
You can get all that you need
You can get it all for free
Just keep doing what you are
Did somebody tell you that they
Loved you then they said they never
Loved you? How did you feel? How did
You feel?
It doesn't really matter how you felt â??cause
You can't make them love you, that is for sure
That is for real
Pain
Do you really think that it won't kill you â??cause
I know that it will kill you,
Maybe not now, but you'll find out how
Don't tell me that you want to end up just like
Ever other sucker, that would be bad, that would
Be sad
Now baby please don't misunderstand me
â??Cause I don't really give a damn
I saw you had a problem and I wanted to help
â??Cause that's just how I am
It really doesn't matter that much to me
Pain
To help you feel, if you can't feel
At all
Pain, it takes so much pain
To help you feel, if you can't feel
At all
And if you think you need more pain
You can get all that you need
You can get it all for free
Just keep doing what you are
Did somebody tell you that they
Loved you then they said they never
Loved you? How did you feel? How did
You feel?
It doesn't really matter how you felt â??cause
You can't make them love you, that is for sure
That is for real
Pain
Do you really think that it won't kill you â??cause
I know that it will kill you,
Maybe not now, but you'll find out how
Don't tell me that you want to end up just like
Ever other sucker, that would be bad, that would
Be sad
Now baby please don't misunderstand me
â??Cause I don't really give a damn
I saw you had a problem and I wanted to help
â??Cause that's just how I am
It really doesn't matter that much to me

Plastic Bag

Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it.
“I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
"Don't tell me that you want to end up just like every other sucker, that would be bad, that would be sad."
should be "don't tell me that you want to end up in some alley in a dumpster; that would be tragic, that would be sad."
great song...kinda fuzzy and cheezy, but real fun to sing along to. not exactly sure what it means, but it has sort of a submissive, apathetic feel to it.
