Follow blind
Heavy eyes hold position
Right on time
It was a lucky prediction

Move on, move on
It's like the clock is pacing
The break of dawn
And our hearts are racing
Move on, move on
There's nothing changing

Don't undermine
My new resolution
Just to find
A different light
A new direction

Move on, move on
Now the record's skipping
I won't forget
I won't forget
The way you said
Move on, move on
There's no point in waiting

Move on, move on
It's like the clock is pacing
The break of dawn
And our hearts are racing
Move on, move on
There's nothing changing

Move on, move on
Now the record's skipping
I won't forget
I won't forget
The way you said
Move on, move on
There's no point in waiting

This song is one of azure ray's deviations from their usual serene songs. It's still wonderful, nonetheless. It makes you wanna dance.

For me, I have met the man of my dreams. He lives two states away... too far for a healthy relationship. I've loved him from the day that I met him. I've never had the right chance to tell him... so I listen to songs like these, which help me move on. Theres no point in waiting... We'll always be friends... will we ever be more? I just need to move on... move on.

i have loved this song for a while, but i decided that if i had to make a soundtrack to my life, this song would be on it--for a part in my life when i want so badly for something to work out, but it's just not, and i can't look back.

I've had the same issue like triciaagogo, meeting the man whom I know I will love forever, since the day we first met, but we live two hours away. Long distance relationships are too hard to maintain and we've tried before, but this time, I can't do it. I've already told him what I plan to do once the summer's over, since I'm only living with him for the summer, and when the problem first arose, this same came to me out of thin air. It's weird how songs that really hit you just find you when you really need them. So this song is going to help me move on.. I have to.. for my sake.. just move on.

I think this is about a relationship that just can't work, and she knows the more they try to make it work they more they will hurt each other, because it just can't work, and here she's saying just move on, stop trying to make this work, I've made a new resolution to get over you, please don't make me break that.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.
