The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.
Two weeks away
From reality
And I was beginning
To feel
I couldn't be myself
Feel like a fly
Caught in honey
Going to sue... Somebody
He's gonna see me
Knowing that I'm probably going to die
Hi... Hi!
Oh here we go again
And I'm so scared
My head is spinning
Oh can you bail me out of this run
I've got myself in once again
From my nightmares
And my dreams
I was being to feel
I couldn't be myself
She was a little girl
She knew all about my world
She was the making of my dreams
She could set me free
Yeah hey yeah
Oh here we go again
And I'm so scared
My head is spinning
Oh can you bail me out of this run
I've got myself in once again
From reality
And I was beginning
To feel
I couldn't be myself
Feel like a fly
Caught in honey
Going to sue... Somebody
He's gonna see me
Knowing that I'm probably going to die
Hi... Hi!

There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
this song is basically about making mistakes, and asking for sympathy from the person he loved. he tried to escape reality by of letting go of the past, but it was only a temporary fix, because the feelings returned. and he realized that she was the solution, and he knows that only she could save him from this madness.
