this song is amazing! i first heard it on a video game, lol, but then i checked out more songs by this band, i suggest you do the same!
songs kinda self explanitory, hes got no self respect for himself and hes depressed but hes got it all, kinda like a famous person that commits suicide...they seemed to have everything except the one thing we need most, self respect. |

i love this song because it helps make any of my bad days go better. if you are just going to be a jerk and be mean all the time, then no one is going to be nice to you. you get what you give.....if you are a nice person and people enjoy your presense, then you will get a positive attitude. and "dont give up".....exactally....NOTHING can be so bad to just "give up" as in commit suicide...permanent solution...temporary problem. just dont give up, keep strong and be a good person, and good things will come back your way.

I think the persons dad just doesnt think they will make it in the music industry, he doesnt approve, he wants him to get a goodie job in an office like everyone in coporate america. this song is amazing. and would it really matter if a memeber of the band was gay? im not gay, but im not a homophobe like a lot of people, but it wouldnt matter if someone was gay.
this song reminds me of a girl sooooo much, id do anything just to hold her in my arms (lol, how coincedental, more simple plan lyrics...)

i love this song, and this band in general!
basically what i get from the song is put yourself in your own category, meaning dont try and be like everyone else, just be your own unique person. if you are a good person, then good things will return to you. like, love, in my case i want a girl....just someone that you can really be around, its not about looks or anything, just....hapiness, because happiness lasts forever |
