This song holds a lot of memories for me. One summer, I went to visit my friend for a week. My friend had to work at a coffee shop, so I would go with her early in the morning. I used to walk around the parking lot listening to Low Level Owl Volume 1. And Then I remember this song kicking in. It was so amazing. Every time, I listen to this song, I think of that one summer. |

You are an idiot. I like onemoregetupkid's thought on the song. The song for me is about some one who plays the matyr so much that they ended comparing themshelves to Jesus which maybe why the Jesus references are in there. When Tim sings the line, "Well, get on that cross, that's all you're good for." means that person is so caught in themself and the reality they hold, they are all good for is death. The matyr is this case really isn't a matyr but some one who is playing the fool. |
