when i listen to this song i think of anyone who is spending too much time trying to impress people and get their attention and have lost site of who they really are. like theyre trying to become the best for all the wrong reasons and one day, when theyve reached their "goal" theyre gonna realize its all a lie and everythings gonna come crashing down, hence the bleed out of control |

this is definitely my favorite deftones song. the complexity lies within the simplicity of the song. they dont try to impress anyone with fast guitar solos or anything like that, they play straight from the heart and this song has so much heart in it its incredible. sweet that almost made sense |
