The first time I heard this song, I couldn't believe it. I almost started crying. the part that hit hardest was: "just lately I've been feeling like I don't belong like the ground's not mine to walk upon" and "so I'd prefer to be remembered as a smiling face not this fucking wreck that's taken it's place" I'm going through so much shit right now, and it just made me realize I'm really not the only person feeling these things, feeling like I'm not good enough. It made me happier, but at the same time made me incretable sad to know that he had to feel like this, because these emotion really suck. o.O'' |

I also agree that this song isnt about a relastionship, but god. This is my favorite STD song. My absulate(sp?) favorite part is: "the actor in this play. And you walk across the stage, take a bow, hear the applause, and as the curtain falls, just know you did it all" There's just somethign about that part that I love so much. |

| Kill me. Fucking kill me now pleast! This song SUCK ASS! I used to love Dashboard. But once I saw them on MTV, I wanted to throw up. And god this song is so overrated, I hate this shit. And Dashboard is the worst example of "emo"! God. Emo isn't just about getting your heart broken, I hate how people assume that. They're just...ARG! Awful.
