well yes... but what about sex? definitely the haphazard approach many of us take towards it... but is the song for that? against it? ambivalently observing? i would say it's against it just because of the first line, but i would be open to other interpretations. it sounds rather bitter towards the idea of "sleeping around" in some parts, but it does use the word "we" to go along with it... which could contribute to the bitterness, but also adds a level of complicity... i am drunk and way over thinking this. |
