Robb Flynn is getting this all wrong.
On the album, there is an anti establishment song called "Clenching The Fists Of Dissent". Robb failed to realize in the writing of this album that Protestant Christianity is one of the big driving forces for the coming anti establishment movement. Sure, Catholic Christianity was created to control Christians and bring in money, but Protestant Christianity is there for freedom and not worrying about going to church every day and praying. Catholic Christianity and Islamic is what the establishment likes to use to drive people away from religion, or if they can't drive them away, at least with the Catholic religion they can manipulate them. |
