| This was one of the biggest recordings of his career. I played this LP a lot, and I recently found it playing in my (alleged) mind. One lyric that stood out, and never quite made sense to me was "Being lost was worth the comin' home." I believe that ND is a man of faith. I'm starting to see now; prior to finding God I really was lost, and today, having that peace makes me appreciate (just a bit) those 'lost', crazy days. But that's just my opinion! Nonetheless - it's a beautiful song, no matter was on his mind at the time. | |
