| I agree that the meaning is unique to each listener. For me, it is about my relationship with my friend turned lover. Due to our circumstances, we don't see each other very often, but when we are together, we lose all track of time. Our feelings remain unspoken, but I can see it in his eyes, feel it in his touch. We spend a few blissful hours together and then he disappears until I see him again. I live in his afterglow realizing I have to sacrifice my feelings so I can function without him.
