I think this song can be interpreted in many different ways and it really depends on the listeners individuality. It has alot of meaning to me about the relationship that I have with my daughter. She slept in my bed for her first 8 years and at the age of 10 years old her mother replaced me. I now live 600 miles away from my beautiful daughter and not a second of the day goes by without thinking about what she is doing or how she is feeling, but for whatever reason the mother's family has brainwashed her into thinking that her father is this bad guy.. Hell if I know but this song really touches my heart.. The Oasis version is good, but after listening to it many many times over the last few months, I suggest that everyone listen to the 'Straight No Chaser' version, that one really hits a chord and in my himble opinion is better then the Oasis version.. To me, the definition of the term 'Wonderwall' stands for a glimmer of hope.. |
