Death – Mutilation Lyrics 13 years ago
yes srm90 is right all of the songs are just shoxk value and good fun for listeners and not really what chuck believes. But, I do think chuck had a bit of a homosexual side to him, and maybe he was accused of being gay a couple of times, and he through the celebration of a faggot's death in the song as a way of saying fuck you im not gay

Ozzy Osbourne – S.A.T.O. Lyrics 13 years ago
There's an argument on the meaning of the initials among fans, yet according to bassist Bob Daisley, "S.A.T.O." stands for "Sharon Adrian Thelma Ozzy". This is his explanation:

"...originally that song was called "Strange Voyage", and after I left the band, they changed the name to "S.A.T.O." and all that meant was Sharon Adrian Thelma Ozzy. Because Sharon at the time had a boyfriend called Adrian, and Ozzy's current wife at the time was Thelma. People were trying to figure out, 'Oh, it stands for Sail Across the Ocean' and all sorts of things, but it just meant that."

Slayer – Raining Blood Lyrics 13 years ago
Incorrect, all of you.

Actually EnterOrion was mostly right, but not quite. Metallica, Slayer, AND Anthrax all formed in 1981. Megadeth was 1983 so they're out. Although Anthrax was in the thrash scene early, they didnt get going on getting serious and fistful didnt come out till 1984 so they're out. That leaves Slayer and Metallica, who both released albums in 1983. Kill Em All came out in July, Show No Mercy came out in Decmember. So TECHNICALLY, Metallica was the band that really started thrash. But since Slayer, as EnterOrion said, was already playing thrash before Kill Em All was out, you could say they started thrash also. The same could be said about Anthrax, who was 3000 miles away from all this. Megadeth not so much since Mustaine was IN Metallica for some time.
