I think on a personal level for John Vesely (Secondhand Serenade) it's about the struggles of being on the road a lot with touring, and the difficulty in arguing with his wife (now ex.) But on a more personal level to his fans i think it's about the difficulty of long distance relationships and the struggle to solve any problems a couple may have. |

I think this song is FANTASTIC. The bridge of this song "Slow down Girl, You're not going anywhere etc.." is probably the best part of any song ever written. John Vesely seases (sorry about spelling!) to amaze me with his lyrics. These lyrics are fantastic and apply at the moment. They just tell me to never give up, because i know i can be anyone and anything for this girl :).
