im slightly obsessed with this song... god knows how many time ive listened to it... and yeah the meaning is pretty obvious and also, their whole album is the story of Adalia, ive been trying to work it out for aggess, its so complicated. i dnt think the last song is part of her story thou, i think thts just about a golddigger. i think she drowned herself, and thats where the river people come in. and obviously she survived this as she dies in river people. also, the album artwork tells her story, and if u look closely enough u can see little words written on certain parts of the cover. like 'discovered in the lake' so i think all the songs were her suicide note or something. (: i have loads more to say, but i think i would bore people, and im sure u would like to thin up your own ideas =] |
